Sometimes you just don't find it in you, but that's when you just have to act as if you did! I'm sending "it" to you!!! Remember the new habits don't happen all at once, it is a slow and steady process, one day (or part of a day) at a time.
Even Jesus withdrew rom the crowds, even went through his agony in the garden, and then got back on his journey! It is even said that he fell three times on the way to Calvary. There is no shame in falling, the shame is in not picking yourself back up again.
I know the feeling. My husband always tells me when I ask for help, I have to fully turn it over to him...it will be done when the time is right. I have a habit of hanging on to the problem even while asking.
I used to talk to my Mother about praying to God about certain things. My Mother would give me this reply: "It is good to talk with God about things, but you have to put 'feet' on those prayers."
Here's wishing you "feet" in your discussions with God.
