If you can't beat 'em, work it out!

Living in the greater Philadelphia area, we are used to disappointment and frustration when it comes to our professional sports teams. Each season begins with Super Bowl/World Series/Stanley Cup/NBA Championship hopes, and after the first loss or two, those hopes become "maybe next year".
It doesn't have to be negative, I challenge myself to workout while my beloved Sixers try to get their first win. I won't take losing sitting down! I can fight back with lunges and crunches. Doesn't help my team, just makes me stronger.
This is my personal challenge to myself.
