Just the Stats, Ma'am!

Thanks to a former online diet support 'coach' I have gotten into the habit of regularly measuring myself so I thought that I would extend that habit for my Spark Page. I highly recommend others to consider doing this as well. I do it the first day of each new month. Although you may not lose as much as you would like some days/weeks/months, you may very well be losing inches so this is one way to 'check back' on your overall progress each month.

I am 5' 6.5" with a medium frame. I weigh 260.0 lbs. I am 62 1/2 years.

Neck: 16 1/2"
Bust: 52 1/2"
Upper Arms: 16"
Waist: 49" (I measure where it noticeably dips in)
Mid-Hip: 56 1/2" (where I carry a lot of extra weight- 'pot belly')
Lower Hip: 52 1/2" (where the leg opening is for my briefs)
Mid-Thigh: 25 1/2" (I have a specific mole that I use as a marker)
Calf: 16 1/4"
