It's a New Winter 5% Challenge

I'm happy to be starting a new challenge this week to help me get back into my normal eating and exercise routine! I have two clear goals: 1) to get into the 140s, which will be a new low for me, and 2) to get back to running 30 minutes consecutively (which in November last year I was doing!). That's it...sounds so simple (ha!). When this challenge is over, I'll think about some longer term goals!! Let's do this Sparkers!! Now, the sun is up (finally) and I'm out the door!
