Day 7....Getting Better

Ok, so I have not loss anything but with my slip ups I didn't expect to (well a little part of me did because I did work hard) But it made me realize I cant slip. I have major Thyroid problems and I know from the past that I have to stick to diet and exercise 98% of the time to lose even one pound a week. I am on new meds so I was hoping things might get better this time around. But the bright side is; I have done this before and I will do it again..... For the rest of my life!!!!!!!
