How to Make These 2 Weeks on the Road a Big Success

I've just landed in Dhaka, Bangladesh where I'll be for the next 2 weeks. I will miss 2 weigh-ins from my current Winter Challenge where I've been fledgling along. So, I've been thinking about some rules for these 2 weeks on the will I turn this trip into a turn-around point!

Healthy breakfast every single day = no bread, egg whites only (fortunately the hotel has a great buffet with plenty of healthy options!!)
No mini-bar raiding = not even once!
At least 5 trips to the gym per week
Strength training in my room (abs, planks, and push-ups) every single day!
No courtesy sweets accepted from hotel

That's it. I'm commited! Let's do this!

Post-blog addition: I've just decided to give myself a reward if I make it through the next 5 days adhering to these rules = trip to the spa over the weekend!
