I have been following the Sparkpeople Diabetes Nutritional Plan on this site since January 4th, 2016. I track my food daily.
I began exercising on the second week of January because I was sick the first week and had a bad cough. I have been increasing the intensity and duration of the workouts each week as I feel 'ready' to do so. I also do a hand weights (5 lbs--doctor has limitation of 8 lbs for me due to advanced arthritis in both shoulders as well as high B/P).
Last week of January I did 4 30 minutes chair cardio workouts and 4 strength workouts.
