Well 2 weeks over for cleanse and I lost 13 and hubby 12 lbs.. we now are going to add a meal and still do the shakes I believe this cleanse has trained us well with new and healthy habits.

It's called the Shredd Power Cleanse by Ian Smith, you don't feel hungry it's all fruits and veggies and you can substitute a smoothie for soup 3 times a week , we actually did the soup every single day I made veggie soup, we'd have 3 smoothies I'd even have a salad and hubby would even take a peanut butter sandwich for work and he still lost 12 lbs and I lost 13 and when I saw him on Rachael Ray he said you'd lose 7 -10 lbs. you have to do some type of exercise for 30 min a day i just did my stationary bike and I have trouble exercising because I have some health issues. You also have snacks they have a list of all kinds of things like any piece of fruit, nuts , boiled egg, carrots etc.. The purple detox shake is awesome and sweet it doesn't feel like your being deprived at all you seem to be always having something, Good luck if you have any questions feel free to ask and good luck let me know how you make out. I bought my book at BJ's wholesale club a little cheaper like 16 bucks I believe 20 at book store. Hubby usually gets headaches for 3 days when he quits soda this time only one day and it wasn't bad. The have a bunch of recipes for smoothies but we really just liked the purple detox one and you have to have at least one of those a day. it's given us healthy habits we really liked it , it was our first time doing a cleanse and so glad we did this one. My stomach felt like crap before doing this and now I'm not even taking my stomach meds!!!! This was extremely easy to follow.... 1860 days ago
