well, i have not been on track as far as blog posts, so no goals to review for last month, but have some good goals for February i believe !! i have been on track more starting again last month than in months previous .. i regained like 20 lbs, so getting back to it .. have dropped 5 of those regained lbs, so my goal last month of dropping this weight again, and drinking more water/juice, and getting freggies and exercise minutes back on track have actually been pretty consistent, so even though i didn't blog them, i have been meeting them pretty consistently i think .. i was pretty busy with helping others last month, so now my concentration is going to be back on me again !!
so here are my February goals ..
My February goals are:
*. Lose 6 lbs
*. Keep my fluid intake of at least water/juice combo to 10 per day, and up to 12
*. Walk daily at least 30 minutes and accumulate at least 15 miles per week, and shoot for at least 65,000 to 70,000 steps per week to get at least a fitness silver level, and really shoot for gold every week ..
*. start and maintain yoga and meditation into my fitness
*. Strength exercises for 320 - 30 minutes, 3 - 4 days per week.
*. start doing more fun aerobic activity like cardio dance, zumba, etc, in addition to my walking/jogging/elliptical workouts, 3 -4 days per week
*. Try at least one new exercise this month.
*. get back on track with strength training for building and maintaining muscle mass as i age, and keep my bones stronger !!
*. Strive for 7 -8 hours of sleep each night
*. Try new activities, like painting class, keyboard/flute/violin classes online, art classes, etc at least twice per month .. to basically try something new and different !!
