This present program to gain control, confidence, fitness and better health is going well. Less than two months in, I am down 13 pounds, but more importantly, I am feeling better in several ways. I can feel my body getting more fit, and more able to do what I ask of it. I am once again enjoying the challenges I face with workouts, and pushing myself further and further. I feel so accomplished when I finish, and I'm looking for ways to exercise 10 minutes here or there throughout the day; while waiting for the coffee to brew, or for a download on the computer to finish. I am again proud of myself, in spite of still being a distance away from my goal. I have once again taken control of something in my life, at a time it seems so much in my world is totally out of my control. The spiral downward has been halted! I am clawing my way back to the top of the mountain, where I can enjoy the clean, fresh air, feel the sunshine on my face, appreciate the beauty around me and the presence of loved ones, and, in general, love Life!
