Ive realized today that Im addicted to food. Yes, I know we all are and thats our generation but I'm talking about addicted in other ways, I ALWAYS have to know where Ill be eating my next meal, ALWAYS have to have food in the house just in case, and ALWAYS thinking about it. Last night, I went to the supermarket and bought tons of food, healthy food. Fruits and veggies, lean meat, low fat yogurts and etc. Even things I dont really eat just... to have. I NEED TO STOP SURRANDING MYSELF WITH FOOD. taking control om the obbsiosion and not omly the eating.
