Last day in paradise

As they say, all good things must come to an end. Last full day here in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Started the day with a grueling 10k run in the heat, humidity, and hills! But a wonderful breakfast on the terrace afterwards and hoping to get in some tennis with my brother later today. Life is good!

My sister went on a two week vacation to Jamaica with a friend of hers and they took all the tours there and had a fantastic time. When she goes on a vacation she likes to stay in one area for the two weeks. Lots of people run into a place and spend about 20 minutes and then head on down the road again, but she doesn't like those types of trips.
