Extra Exercise and Thin Crust Pizza

Super excited, today I accepted a challenge from my 11 year old daughter when I got on the elliptical to stay at it for 40 minutes. Usually I just go for 20 minutes at a time, but today, when she said, "Mom, I did 30 minutes today. I bet you can't do 30", I said "yes I can", which prompted her to challenge me saying "Well, I bet you can't stay on for 40 minutes then". Needless to say, the challenge was accepted and won!

Plus, I was able to meet more of my nutrition goals than I normally do and even decided to have pizza for dinner! We opted for thin crust to keep the carbs lower, and I added green peppers, Italian sausage and pepperoni.. yummo! Plus since it was a Hy-Vee pizza I was able to get 20 cents towards fuel saver to counteract the rising prices at the gas pump.
Plus, when I finally got on spark to log my nutrition and exercise for the day, I found out it's the 21st day of my logon streak and I am so far 5lbs lighter.
