1. I think it's good to go by your spark guidelines for diet unless your health care professional says differently 2. I think water is water and exercise is exercise 3. I think all over the counter weight loss products are worthless 4. I think cheating on a diet is unproductive This is just for my friends. Don't go mentioning it on chat!!
