Go With The Flow

I often have crazy mornings. Within the past week, I have been so sleepy that I reached for shaving cream and put it on my hair to style it - thinking that it was mousse. That is not a good way to begin the day. I am likely to have many funny incidents that I shake my head and try to just get over. I have ADD which is probably one of my problems, lack of focus and concentration, being my biggest issues.

I am happy that I am an easy going person. I can make a mistake and not lose sleep over it. After all, in the grand scheme of things, it is just something that is not really that important.

I can say the same about my weight loss journey. I try to eat well and exercise everyday. I am more likely not to eat well than skip exercise. I am making a resolution to quit brushing it off when I have a bad food day. I have to get back to tracking and making my weight loss my top priority without fail. I still have 20 pounds to lose (I may make it 15 because I know that at my age, 60, I am not going to be as slim as I was as a younger person.) 2016 is the year I will reach my goal.
