Proud!!! As can be

Thursday, March 31, 2016

Came back from vacation in a 5 stars hotel. Couldnt be happier with the way I behaved. U didn't go over board with the food, talk myself out of eatng alot of fattenih and unhealthy food but allowed myself to try new things i would want to try at home. I woke up everyday before breakfast and went running!!! I RAN MY FIRST 5K IN EVERRRRR!!! so proud of myself cant believe i actually did everythig i promised myslef ill do. The hotel's food waa insane, couldnt believe the thgs people were putting in their mouths and body. Saw people having heart attack (not litterly) and saw the amount of foods that was in each pan. I didnt eat from big pans, anything that was made in a bug pan I told myself t so not worth it. I stayed away from the pasta, the bread and the fats in meat. Always looked around before I took anything and made myself a huge plate of salad abd veggies and small plate for the rest of everything. I drabk only water... Can't remember the last time i didnt drink zero during the week. Cabt wait to see what the scale will have to say on Sunday when I weigh myself abd after a weejend away with friends. but for now, I do know that I feel amazing! Happy & fresh. And now... Back to reality! Back ti life, taking what I learn at the seminar and work through my life with these tips. Its been an amazing experience! Im on such a high... Need it to go down to continue... On the way to work and usually will be so afraid of whats waiting, haven't been at work in over a week. But im totally ok. What I do get down today, will get done next week . I am not a surgen so anything I deal with is not life or death. Today, is my last day of my year, my birthday is Tom and so i wish to myself to fulfill the upcoming year abd gain more confident and achievement. Happy last day to me!!x
