I stopped weighing myself yesterday and am staying away from the scale for a week. Eating a reasonable amount of good, healthy food and getting some healthy exercise everyday is the point, not what the scale says. So I'll just follow my program and see where I am at in a week.

    I was getting obsessed with the scale too in the beginning, and finally had to stop weighing myself twice a day (morning and night). Once a week is more than enough! You are so active, I have a hard time imagining that you have anything to worry about, but then that's what people say about me! LOL

    There are plenty of non-scale victories (NSVs) that we can count on to tell us that we're still heading in the right direction on this journey. Keep focused on them. For me, it's about having pants that fit again!

    I just took my measurements if I want to see changes I weill need to be that change....
