It has been a long time since I have seriously paid attention to my diet and weight. This experience seems a bit different from my experiences of years ago. I am learning to eat a reasonable meal and then stop eating before I am over-full. I am learning to eat reasonable amounts throughout the day. I am learning to eat protein at every meal. am learning that the goal is good health and not losing weight.
I appreciate the SP articles and blogs I've been reading. They help me keep focused on today rather than tomorrow. It is all about living every day as healthily as I can.
