The 1 month until my birthday plan

This morning, I realized my bday is exactly 1 month from today. I have decided I will give myself the gift of better and improving health for my birthday. My major goal for that month is to track EVERYTHING that I eat. This has definitely been my biggest hang-up for quite awhile… the getting out of the habit of tracking, especially on the weekends or if I’ve ate junk. I regularly walk ect (and will begin to work more exercise back in) but nutrition has been the hardest for me, even though of course I know what I should be doing. I also struggle with eating/snacking at night, especially chips, cookies, ect. I go off tracking as I judge myself very harshly out of habit when I eat something that isn’t the best and often go with the “well, if it isn’t tracked, I can pretend that didn’t happen” mentality. I will focus on tracking everything regardless and not judging myself, which will reduce the raiding of the kitchen so much at night.
