Mindful Eating

I do so much better when I eat not only when my body tells me I need to eat, but when I am in a "healthy" state of mind.
When I work hard to keep a positive attitude, one step at a time no matter what my day entails, I do so much better on the eating end of things.
I tend to confidently eat healthy, measure and weigh my food, track it and really enjoy the taste of my food as I mindfully eat.
When I treat my body with the respect it deserves and not based on how I am feeling, I have a much better day and eat much healthier.
