Hungry, angry, lonely, tired...

These are the triggers I want to avoid today. Too hungry, and I get hypoglycemic, my hands shake, and my vision blurs; too emotional or angry, and my stomach growls with false hunger; too alone, and I am tempted to eat to fill in the emotional gap; too tired, and I fall asleep or drag around. None of those things are good or healthy.

    I get that way also. So i grab some fruit and going jogging. Exercise always elevate my mood. May it can do the same for you.

    Hoping you have a successful day. Staying hydrated, healthy eating every three hours, and tracking helps me avoid getting "hangry" and keeps the blood sugar balanced.
