Focus for the second half of August

My focus for the second half of August is more mindful and balanced eating. I will indulge in treats, but in a more balanced approach. I am also exploring new snack and lunch ideas for variety and to keep from getting bored with my food. Current favorite snacks include: almonds, blueberries, the lactose free cottage cheese I finally found in a local store, raw veggies with hummus, and hard cooked eggs.
