Upping my calories

I've upped the amount of food I eat during the day by 200 to 400 calories. The purpose of this is to keep me from getting as hungry as I had been late in the evening when I'm sitting around watching baseball. It seems to be working for now. I am still well within the total amount of calories SP recommends based on the amount of calories my Fitbit says I burn (which I take with a grain of salt).
I had blood drawn at the doctor's office this morning to get my blood sugar and cholesterol reports. These numbers are actually more important to me than my weight.
