On A Losing Streak

I weighed myself this morning. I had lost another pound. Do I enter that on my weight tracker today? Or do I wait a few days and see if this is really a loss or a fluke? I do this often - ponder over whether the scale is accurate. I am getting weighed at the gym on Friday, I will have a better answer then.
I am doing a lot of exercise this summer. The temps are always hot in Florida. I love to get in the pool and swim. I really cannot track the movement with my Fitbit - instead I have to put down the minutes I swim and guess at the amount of calories that I have burned. I know that as long as I am moving, I am burning calories.
The BLC challenge will be starting soon. I am a co-cappy again with the Camo Crew. I am anxious to get with the fitness challenges and hope that I can lose another 5 pounds before the end.
