just do not know what else to do

I am gluten sensitive - and stay low carb...... joined the planet fitness gym 7/11.. so been going 3xs a week , doing ST and have been able to increase the weights .. only doing 1 rep on each machine but feels so good - then do intervals on the bike for 20 min ........
well weight was moving a little - figured building muscle - but it has been long enough - weight should move ... last sat the scale moved .. said 211 - 6 lb loss -- so happy ... well today I finally got the courage to weigh ..........................220 WT#..........
I did have to lower my synthroid 2 xs last month - and was not sweating and heart rate lower with the exercise - now started sweating and heart rate going back up was 113- now 120 ... was 126.
so this is so upsetting I just hate my body right now and this has been going on for years no matter how hard I work at it .......... just do not know what to do - drs do not say anything .. this new one gave me a card for a pill that cost 55.00 a month with ins. hahahahasha NOT
do have blood sugars around 100 now with this new 1 x a week shot .. Byduron? (spell?) Have been on this for 8 weeks now .. feel good ..other than weight .. why wont it go down???

    I think you are doing the right things. Weight reduction is not as simple as calories in calories out. Keep doing the tracking and balance the types of foods you are eating and keep doing the exercise. Your body will be healthier regardless of how slow the scale moves. emoticon

    I drink all the time - thyroid drys out everything - plain decafe iced tea,some decafe coffee with stevia - coconut milk 1/2 can diluted with the rest of the quart filled with 30 cal almond milk for cream ...
    yes I do portions , measure - track and against activity .. -1,000 deficit today and usually always, minus atleast 900 daily

    Hang in there!! There will be periods like this. Keep setting small goals other than the scale (like the gym 3x a week and good blood sugar!! that's awesome!!!) to be proud of to keep you going til it moves again. emoticon emoticon

    Just wondering if you are practicing strick portion control and logging every bite or drink you take. Measure with a scale or cup measure all your food and log it accurately, I enter my recipes so I know calories per portion size.
