BLC 32 SMART GOALS

My big goal is to reach a healthy weight. How I will get there will need to have some smaller goals/habits to reach my main goal.
1. Drink at my required amount of water a day per my plant nanny app I need to drink 148 oz a day at my current weight. As I lose weight the amount will go down so this goal will change.
2. Start adding in a yoga stretch to my exercise routine.
3. Prepare my lunches for work.
4. Track my food for at least 3 days a wk. (Once attained will increase to 4 days) Hoping to make this a habit again.
5. Dance to music at least once a day for 10 minutes.
