I can definitely see my body changing. I'm trying not to look at the scale to measure progress. My upper body is slimmer and thighs are firmer. Clothes are fitting better. Drinking a lot more water. Eating a lot more leaner. So maybe the pounds aren't flying off because I'm gaining muscle? I do weight training a few times a week. If there was a pill I could take I would! But enjoying the process nevertheless.
