I can definitely see my body changing. I'm trying not to look at the scale to measure progress. My upper body is slimmer and thighs are firmer. Clothes are fitting better. Drinking a lot more water. Eating a lot more leaner. So maybe the pounds aren't flying off because I'm gaining muscle? I do weight training a few times a week. If there was a pill I could take I would! But enjoying the process nevertheless.

    You got this and are on the right track. Don't give up. I also do weight training and can notice a 1 pound gain sometimes for no specific reason. But eventually the scales catch up with how I am looking and feeling. WTG
