What I WILL DO in BLC32

For the remainder of BLC32 I WILL track my calories everyday. 6 out of 7 days I WILL keep my calories at 1200. Monday through Friday I WILL incorporate some exercise into my workday. On the weekend I WILL do a formal workout on one of the two days. I WILL start wearing my FitBit again and try to get 10,000 steps a day.
