Ooh it's day 6 and I'm full of tricks! ☺️

As I sit here eating my very healthy dinner of yellow squash with onions and chicken sausage with garlic and mozzarella, I couldn't be more proud of myself! I was up at 7, doing yoga sun salutations 🌞! I had breakfast, threw on my kicks and went out for a 40 minute walk. Upon my return, I hit the floor for a push-up challenge! I kept myself so busy, and didn't even listen to that little voice that kept telling me I needed a nap! (So glad I didn't listen!) Anyway, I'm pleased as punch with myself and can't wait for tomorrow. I'm already planning my meals and how I can do more exercise. Thanks SparkPeople for motivating me to be the best me I can be!
