Hump Day Hurrah

Well I made it! So many times I wanted to nap or not exercise, but I persevered. I'm glad I did. I'm 1/3 of the way through ab and push-up challenges, and getting 2 days of muscle strengthening. On top of that I walk at least an hour a day. I'm kinda proud of me.
