Definately Not Day 1 Again

I've been creeping on here for the last couple months half tracking and half doing what I am supposed to. But at the weight I am now I need to stop! I just read a couple blog's and decided this day mean something, tomorrow is not promised and I have to live today to the fullest.
For the past week I have been trying to get in 5000 steps before I leave work and that went really well. Then walk the dogs to get to at least 7500 for the day. Saturday when the time changes and I wake at 6 am (really 7am)I want to go to the garage and get in a workout. Since my body is used to waking at that time it should be easier to get up.
I gave away most of the Halloween candy to my daughter who will pass it out at work.
My knee from the surgery is so much better and I feel I can get back to working out harder. Still have planter fasciitis in other heel, but I just need to do the stretches and get over it.
-be truthful and log all food eaten
-10,000 steps a day
- 30 minute workouts 4 days a week
-less than 1 soda a day - more water
-tackling clutter around house
