Keep moving

Walked 15 minutes after work yesterday, and five minutes today. My back was starting to hurt by the end of the five minutes today, so I didn't keep going. More than double of my two minute daily goal!
I didn't get any writing done yesterday. I guess I was tired. But then I stayed up late. Seems I do that when I'm tired. Then it becomes a vicious cycle. Hoping to break the cycle tonight before I go 'round and 'round a few times.
