The journey continues in 2017

2016 saw a lot of highs and a little lows. I was very good for most of the months and saw 160 by June and than here and there went off kilter.
Joined back the Walking Club and did a few hikes here and there. Tried different things, made new friends that connected.
November and December 2016 was tough with birthday celebrations and Christmas and New Year merriments.
now here I am , starting slowly back into the fitness and clean eating to get to my magic number of 150. I would like to see this number by end of May 2017.
