5 x 3 = WIN!

Last month, the goal was two minutes exercise each day. Starting today, the goal is five minutes. Tonight, I did a mile with Leslie Sansone. That took 15 minutes, so it's a triple win for me! Woot woot!
It's been a few days since I've stayed on top of my writing and exercising. But I spoke to my coach today. It's always nice to talk with him and get me revved back up for another couple weeks.
