Journaling is going great and I have had a perfect nutrition summary 2 days in a row. The challenge for me is Carbs & Fiber.
Today, for example, I have 300 calories left to use because it was a very busy day until now and I didn't have as much at my other 2 meals. I have used all my fats, most of my protein (a little left), but I still need fiber and carbs.
The trick is finding foods high in carbs and fiber, but low in protein and without fat. So, I put it to my AWESOME A's......... what foods fall in the description that you recommend please?
All suggestions and help appreciated.
