Still Undertall (and apparently backing the wrong team)

Today was a scheduled gym (weight training) day. My husband worked until 5:45 and we went to the gym after he got home, which was around 7:15 pm. It was an absolutely perfect time to go because there weren't many people and we didn't have to wait for any equipment/machines to become free.
Well, I'm glad we went to the gym BEFORE watching the Superbowl because I'd be more annoyed to have invested all that time and have my underdog team go from a 25 point lead to lose the game by 6 points. We got home at 8:30 so we picked up the game during the 3rd quarter. By the end of regulation play I could no longer bear to watch.
The Falcons pretty much screwed themselves out of that win by allowing 2 sacks to Ryan, missing out on extra yards for a field goal attempt and losing all those penalty yards. It was a sad 4th quarter for Falcon fans. Props to Ryan however! He had a great rookie year and he will continue to become better. He won the league MVP award, and that's a wonderful accomplishment. I saw him interviewed on Good Morning America, and he seems to be a genuinely nice guy and not full of himself. He has a great career ahead of him, and I wish him much good fortune.
Games like this game tonight is why I don't usually watch football...particularly since I am an Eagles fan and they beat the Cowboys when it. did. not. matter. So, boo-hoo for the teams I would have liked to see win and Congratulations to the NE Patriots for their ninth (and unprecedented) victorious Super Bowl performance! Say what you will about deflated balls, but Tom Brady still got game!
Seems like the Pates are the come-back team! It says a lot for the team that they kept it together (and they had a good share of flubs) and pulled out a win to surprise so many people. So, even if you are in no way a sports fan, take a page from the Patriot's play book and never give up in your quest to reach your health and fitness goals. They won the game one down at a time. Consistent small steps will get you the win.
