It's okay!

It's okay for me to start all over again.
Just the other day I was mentally tossing in the towel, but that inner voice stepped in with...didn't they tell you that it was okay to be beautiful. Didn't they tell you it was okay to start all over, and didn't they tell you...they'll support you. Well...my inner self did and I'm okay. But this journey to losing those 70lbs I gained still continue.

    Hello there,yes it is okay to start over I started over last week I am being MINDFUL of what I do now ,I write all my foods down and measure and weigh out my food lost 1.8 pounds in 7 days so I am happy about that.I am now swimming 5 times a week and doing 4 body core work outs a week.I am not giving up and don't you either !!
