I know it's been awhile since I've been on here. I tried a new diet called Bright Line Eating. No sugar or flour, three meals ,no snacks. I did well fro a week and a half. I lost 7 lbs. I was so weak and tired though I couldn't function. Going back to WW. When I started eating normal again I quickly gained back the 7 Lbs. Sooooo, I'm back on here and doing WW. I don't want to gain back any weight I lost previously. So far so good!
