I desperately want to lose weight, but I can't seem to figure out how to start. Suggestions would be great.

    Tracking your food is SO important! It'll give you a baseline.

    Everyone else has pretty much said it. Track what you are eating and make sure you are getting plenty of water. Just take it one day at a time and set small goals for yourself. You can do it!

    I agree, start with tracking, with accurate weighing and measuring of everything you put in your mouth, that way you will have a base for what needs to be adjusted, water is very important, at least 8 glasses of water a day. Don't be radical in your changes, a little at a time!

    Have you set specific targets other than to just lose weight?

    Start by tracking all of your food to help you see exactly how much a regular day of food looks like for you. Next, start eating within the recommended food range. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day, and do at least 10 minites of exercise every day
