Its June already !

A member of Happy Healthy post QOD this week she had some great questions they made me stop and think and i decided they would help me get my self going into June and have a heather start to the last 6 moths of 2017.
How do you stay motivated? “
Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly.” ~Stephen R. I have set a side a space in the kitchen with a poster of pictures of fun adventures to remind me I will be able to walk and enjoy outings with less of me doing it

What would you like to do on your journey for the rest of the year? I need to forget the scales and beating my self up when slip
Eat healthy not get discouraged and continue my silly eating when I mess up don’t wait until the next day to get on track do it the next time I eat .Increase my fitness each month and do my journal work it works I just talk my self out of sitting down and doing it.

Do you ever feel like what you do to try to be healthier is never enough?
I think I can do better some days. I am not perfect if I was I would not have gained this weight and be here working to get it off. When I miss step with my eating I remind my self I don’t need to trade all my cookies for carrots sticks
Just eat wisely and plan.
Remembering that 10 minutes at time is helpful they add up

What are my specific goals for June?
To stay on track with my eating I going record what I eat even the silly foods I pop into my mouth. Remember to take the shopping with me I make and some times it sit on the dinning room table and I am in the store.
Post and give 100% to my team challenges.
Plan to watch my pounds melt on the warm summer trail no goal that makes me nuts when I don’t reach them and I find my self-eating silly Foods. (Junk foods )
I hope to increase my walking time and not talk my self out of going to the gym which is happened a lot in May after Bloomsday and the yard work Tom and I did.
This week the QOD for Happy healthy sparkers gave me a idea put my answers in a blog this way I can review my answers and really but my self to working on them and not just thinking about it. They say if you put it in writing it more likely you do it and you have the support if you Spark friends. When you share your plans .
