For months I've been hovering around the 330's. Few yrs. ago I dropped to 282 doing the HCG diet, but quickly gained it back. Currently sitting at 336. I know what I need to do, just a matter of doing it. Today I will get back on track. No pop, sugary treats / drinks. Lots of salads this week and water. Wish me luck cause I'm going to need it.
