I am bogged down in my weight loss journey. I lost 5 lbs the first month of the year, and then I lost control after i went on vacation to Hawaii in March. I have not gotten back into a routine since.

Try not to think of this as a stalemate but a new beginning with each day being instead...a stepping stone. Concentrate on smaller goals one step at a time You can do this.
