Day 11 - Surprising Problems

I just went back into my trackers and realized that today is only day 11. I don't say it that way because I am miserable or anything, I'm actually quite happy. It just already seems like I've been doing this for a long time.

I really don't have any complaints except that, since it's summer, I don't have much to do so it often seems like all I do is eat and sleep. I am also adjusting to eating this new way, and it has been difficult eating enough calories. Yep, I said that. By eating mostly vegetables I am having a hard time eating enough calories. I keep eating almonds in order to get enough fat and calories so that I don't stop losing weight.

I do feel like this new way of eating is a lifestyle change and no 'diet.' However, I have yet to go out into the world and try to stick with it. I will be going to a training in San Diego (poor me, right?) in about a week, so we will see what happens. Either way, I'm staying gluten free, because my rashes are all clearing up rather well, tbh, and I'm learning that gluten intolerance is no joke.
