30 days of Healthy Living and Clean Eating

Results of the 30 days are in and I could not be happier. I feel healthier, happier, sexier, and like a rockstar. But before I share the results. I wanna talk about my 30 day journey and what was excepted of me and what I did not do.

Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond Support Guide was my tool to use while doing this journey along with my consultant and facebook group I was added too.

Arbonne focuses on Nutrition, foods, healthy eating/cooking and exercise. Arbonne products are vegan, gluten-free, No artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners, No trans fat, No high fructose corn syrup or fructose, standardized plant extracts, Low glycemic index (protein Shake powders), and Kosher-certified. (I wanted to share this so everyone knows to me this is not a diet its a life style change that has needed to happen for a long time.)

Now that I did that plug for Arbonne, let's get back to me. I did cheat some by having beer and cheese which I wasnt suppose to have. I was suppose to Eliminate Wheat/Gluten, dairy, refined sugar, alcohol, soy, and corn.

Results Right!!!!

These pants are a size 10 In the beginning of the year I was in a size 14 and a struggle into 12 and to stay in them for the rest of this year. But as you can see my 10s now are where they should be on my body. Notice my tattoo is now no longer visible!!!

Total inches lost 9.25 most in the belly area!!!

What's even better than anything is I am now 2 lbs away from my weight in 2010 before i moved away and was stuck in an abuse relationship where I gained 50lbs in one year and have struggled since to get completely gone. Riding the Roller Coaster of Weight Hell. I am so excited to finally look at myself and see where I use to be and where I'm going from here. I look forward to continuing to use Arbonne throughout my life. Now that I am so close to my first goal of being 140. I am going to set a new one. 125 is now my new goal to achieve by the end of the year. I haven't been 125 since HS many many moons ago, but I know I can get there. Now that I have my healthy eating under control and feel better about myself. I am also going to focus again on my running and exercising. Strength training, etc.
