Cutting Out Coffee

So today is day 8 without coffee, and I can say that I think I am over the hump. It was very unpleasant the first few days, going through withdrawal, but now I am sleeping better, I'm not grouchy in the morning, and my body is waking up naturally before the alarm goes off. Also, replacing my coffee with lemon water really has done wonders for my skin. I'm actually not terrified to leave the house without make up on! Yay! So even though my weight loss has been slacking, and I'm disappointed with myself about that, I am proud that I am breaking one addiction. Maybe next I can crack the food addiction. Happy Monday!
