August 7, 2017 Month One Ends

I started out at 363 a month ago. Today I weigh 336.8. Total Loss for Month One is 26.2 lbs. I stayed on track, focused and didn't have any cheat foods. I stayed below 20 net carbs and I also did Intermittent Fasting on a daily basis. I also made it Soda--Free!! Now onto Month Two for another 30 days cheat-free!! Woohoo, I feel amazing!!
