What's Your Roadblock?

My roadblock is that I broke my foot yesterday, but I am not going to stop my fitness training. Crutches won't slow me down. Pinterest is full of workouts for people with foot or leg injuries. This is the perfect opportunity for an excuse to lounge around, but it is also the perfect opportunity to prove to myself that I can overcome this obstacle. My family and friends are already being very supportive and sending ideas for exercises I can do that won't hurt my foot.

What's your roadblock? What are doing to overcome it? Do you have the support you need from other people? If you need a cheerleader or someone to listen... message me! We will conquer together!!!

    So sorry about the foot! I was in an auto accident years ago that resulted in a broken collar bone that never healed. I have soft tissue holding things in place, so I can still do all the lifting etc. that I need to, but many of the exercises don't work for me. Push ups, pull ups, there just is nothing there. It's a strange feeling when your body just laughs when you ask it to do something. So we do what we can.

    I hope you heal properly and soon this set back is just a memory.
