Splurgy foods & Scale Antics...

I never was much of a sweets person but my husband had me pretty addicted for awhile. He's a tall thin man who is actually underweight and loves sweets. Well, I know sugar is addictive so eventually by eating it more I got into it. I've got it under control now but I just started SparkPeople again less than a week ago and before I started I was craving Dunkin' Donuts. We usually don't even eat those once a year but when I do I go crazy. I've been tracking nutrition for around 5 days. The first day I was over quite a bit, the second just a little and the third barely and the past two days I've been under. I don't want to mess up my metabolism but I'm not going to force myself to eat so I just need to keep working out the kinks and do more "planning". Anyway. I have been planning on Donuts tomorrow but my kids are at school so I think I'm going to get a couple in the morning and do the dozen on Saturday or Sunday so they will be fresh. Just wondering about the content. Going to look up the donuts I want online and hope they won't completely destroy my day. Also, this is my third time trying Spark and this time I am trying not to weigh but once a week. I'm just too sensitive to scale antics!! After my first week weigh in I'm going to do the 2500 mg of Metformin per day for weight loss. I just don't want to until my first week is up.
