Started today at 6:30 with a 12 minutes walk on treadmill, wanted to do 15 but my shoe wasn't on tight enough and I got a blister. Ugh Hubby bought me a new 43" TV for the garage so I can 't complain.
Showered ate breakfast and went to my Cardiologist he told me I need a CPAP machine. I stopped breathing 71 times an hour and my oxygen level went down to 66%. I knew I was snoring but I didn't think it was that bad.
Talk about a wake up call - I've got to get my health under control at 54 I am letting myself go. My A1C number last time check was 5.6, I need to lose 140 pounds and I need to get back on the exercise wagon. I've got to get my life in gear this coasting I've been doing is killing me slowly. I'm only 54 soon to be 55. I saw what being overweight did to my Mom and I am following in her footsteps and I don't know why!
