A little discouraged...

After weeks of steady weight loss I have a small gain of .2 lbs. I know for most this could be considered a laughable thing to bum you out but with my history of weight-loss struggle it's a little devastating. I'm in this with my sister and cousin and we all noticed slight gains this week. One major thing that changed is we've started hitting the gym, i'm going to give it a few weeks before I freak-the-frak-out but regardless of seeing the difference on the scale I feel it. I have more energy, less grr, and my eating habits have changed for the better. I have a doctor's appointment in a few weeks, including labs, very interested in seeing the results!

    Don't be bummed about .2 lbs weight gain. Your weight fluctuates daily. I takes several days of small weight gains before you need to be concerned. You will get there. I wish you the best.

    You're right and I have to keep that in mind - Lifestyle change NOT Diet.

    Just be patient with yourself. Slow and steady wins the race.. baby steps will bet you there. Lifestyle change not a diet.
